Enzo and Gabs are one such client. When they first got in contact with us, they were in need of real clarity on their financial performance to scale.
We got to work cleaning up their books and setting up all the administrative processes they needed to do what they did well – a complex task, as Enzo and Gabs sell their products on several platforms, across both retail and wholesale, have 3 warehouses globally and are active in multiple jurisdictions. This meant that we had to work through over 15 foreign currencies and bring these to accuracy in Xero. The job involved a lot of business analysis, complex budgeting and dynamic cash flow management. Today, they have confidence in the accuracy of their numbers, and can focus on growing their business.
